BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION Provide customer service, maintain product availability, and supervise distribution personnel to effectively and efficiently distribute parts to assigned division dealer network. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES : This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company's policies, procedures and guidelines: Provide support to dealers by responding to inquires (via phone, email, and fax) regarding product availability, dealer order status, product applications, and compatibility. Resolve shipping issues/problems and track inbound and outbound shipments.

Assist Sales and other department personnel in locating equipment and kits, answering questions regarding product availability and price, and resolving problems with invoices and equipment. Allocate products to dealers as assigned by Regional Sales Managers. Monitor and control inventory levels within assigned division through accurate processing (invoicing) of shipments, physical inventory, and adjustments as required.

Provide supervision to assigned Distribution Department employees, including distributing and reviewing work, training, and coaching. May perform duties of Distribution Manger in his/her absence. SPECIAL PROJECTS Special projects may include attending National Dealer Meeting to supervise order writing team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND TRAINING: Associate's degree or equivalent and 3 to 5 years related experience. Experience in the agricultural equipment industry preferred. SKILLS AND BACKGROUND: Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to remain diplomatic in argumentative situations.

Effective verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills including the ability to multitask. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

EQUIPMENT OPERATION (% of time, description, nature of service): Description: Service? Office equipment including computer, copier, fax, phone, printer No PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Typical office environment. The position will require walking, standing and sitting at a computer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: BEHAVIORAL CHARACTERISTICS : Supervisors General Summary This position is responsible to ensure that employees have been trained properly and re-trained as necessary. This position provides clear direction and instruction and listens to obtain clarification of the work changes by superiors. This position requires daily interaction with employees within the department by walking around the work area, ensuring that employees are on time and that schedules are met.

This individual takes responsibility for the work under their supervision by reviewing the work and provides follow-up assignments as necessary to complete tasks, while working well under pressure. Incumbent is required to attend meetings or specialized training, including off-site training, as necessary. Duties and Responsibilities Conserves Department/Division and Company resources. Dependable and punctual with regular and consistent attendance. Orients and mentors new staff, provides ongoing training of staff and schedules regular meetings to ensure good communication in the work group.

Manages time, attendance and schedules to ensure that the Section/Department is fully functioning on a daily basis and that work in the Section/Department is accurate and is completed on time. in the workplace with tact and diplomacy; and exhibits patience and tact in dealing with complaints and requests for information from employees. Monitors individual performance and provides timely feed back to employees. Has a good knowledge of Department/Division processes and ensures that unauthorized deviations are corrected immediately and adapts quickly to changes within the Department/Division/Company.

Has a good knowledge of Company policies and procedures (Employee Handbook) and applies them fairly and equitably. Responds quickly and positively to questions and concerns from employees. Sets a good, positive example to subordinates in the workplace. provides timely feedback as necessary regarding employee performance, whether positive or a need for counseling.

Provides input to Manager regarding performance evaluations. Recognizes when it is necessary to ask for assistance with or to refer employee-related issues to Manager/Director/Division Administration Manager/HR. Additions and changes in duties and responsibilities may be necessary from time to time for the benefit of the Department/Division/Company.
