Job Responsibilities:

1 - Manager

• Responsible for the daily operations and production scheduling of the sorting centre.


• Responsible for work guidance and acceptance of onsite labour.


• Lead sorting centre employees to complete sorting tasks on time and in full quantity.


• Responsible for assisting the sorting centre manager in arranging and implementing the work of the sorting centre.


• Responsible for the training of specific outsourced personnel and daily operational error correction.

Both postions would be on-site and operational involving regular movement throughout the sortation centre and occasional work might be outside standard office hours.

Candidate Profile (for both):

• Possess effective methods and approaches for communicating and managing employees and are familiar with workplace rules.


• Possess hands-on / frontline work or management experience, including sorting centre handover, production scheduling, work allocation, execution, capacity, and manpower estimation, with the ability to independently take on team tasks.


• Proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is desirable due to regular communication with Mandarin-speaking regional stakeholders.


• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Ireland.
