We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead and inspire Eastern Canada’s sales organization for a growing industrial solutions company specializing in piping. This is a people-first leadership role focused on building a high-performing, accountable sales culture while driving sustainable revenue growth across Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic provinces.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Lead from the front by developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals while fostering a strong, performance-driven team culture
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of 7–8 regional sales managers, with a focus on coaching, accountability, and career development
  • Create a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across a geographically dispersed team
  • Drive business development efforts by empowering your team to identify and win high-value opportunities across industrial, municipal, and contractor markets
  • Play a key role in shaping the broader sales organization, including talent development, succession planning, and long-term growth strategy

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams in industrial environments (piping, mining, oil & gas, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong team culture, drive accountability, and elevate performance across multiple regions
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance people leadership, sales execution, and long-term growth planning
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
