This is an exciting opportunity to take charge and lead our strategic sales initiatives as Director of Sales. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can elevate our sales team and drive exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Inspire and mentor staff, fostering professional development and succession planning. Strategic Sales Development: Collaborate with the leadership team to craft and execute innovative strategic plans that forecast growth and keep us ahead of the competitive landscape. Sales Management: Set ambitious sales goals, develop competitive pricing strategies, manage key accounts, and energize the sales team to close impactful business deals. Marketing & Customer Service: Create and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies, conduct insightful market research, and exceed customer service expectations. Qualifications: Education: Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Sales & Marketing. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales and marketing roles, with at least 5 years in senior positions within manufacturing, especially in the plastics and packaging sectors. Skills: Excellent strategic planning, analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a knack for account management and customer service.
