  • HR Operations: payroll, benefits, HRIS, workforce administration, and compliance
  • Facilities & IT: building operations, vendor and service contracts, cybersecurity, and digital systems

  • Senior Leadership: a seat at the table with the Executive Director, Director of Care, Medical Director, Director of Development & Communications, plus a share of the leadership on-call rotation

What You Bring

Required:

  • 5+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in healthcare, hospice, long-term care, or a similarly complex not-for-profit
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Health Administration
  • Real experience with budgeting, forecasting, audit, and financial reporting
  • Comfort working with Boards, auditors, regulators, and government funders

Strong assets:

  • Knowledge of Ontario healthcare funding and charitable-sector operations
  • Experience implementing HRIS, financial, or operational systems from the ground up
