Base pay range $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Responsibilities: Conducts initial assessment of prospective residents, including off-site visits Performs wellness assessments and develops individualized care plans based on the needs and preferences of each resident Delivers health promotion services, offers disease prevention counseling, and provides self-care education to residents Engage with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience Fosters communication by regularly engaging with physicians, pertinent healthcare providers, and family members Hires, trains, schedules, and leads the clinical team in providing exceptional care experiences Coordinates the Community’s infection control program while maintaining state regulatory compliance Develop and oversee the Community’s medication management program Contributes toward quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information Qualifications: Minimum of two (2) years nursing supervisory experience Prior senior living experience strongly preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the readiness to mentor, motivate, and inspire team members Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity Unlimited growth opportunities Medical, dental, and vision benefit packages available Work-life balance | Paid Time Off EAP & Maven family planning program 401(k) employer match biweekly Self-service payroll Daily pay options available Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider and Quality Assurance Industries Nursing Homes and Residential Care Facilities Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Reflections Retirement Community by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Disability insurance Get notified when a new job is posted.
