Senior Administrative Recruiter – Care Options for Kids At Care Options for Kids, we bring love, light, and laughter into the homes and communities we serve. Home Health Care experience as an RN is required; bilingual is a plus. On‑call responsibilities include evening and weekend rotations.

Position Purpose Under the supervision of the Area Director of Clinical Services, this role acts as the supervising nurse managing clinical skilled home care staff and providing the highest quality care and service for patients. The Director of Nursing works with the team to establish Care Options for Kids as the provider of choice for clients, caregivers, and referral sources. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and oversight guidance establishing standards for nursing and other clinical services.

Manage client and customer relationships through excellent customer service. Maintain high communication with office staff to identify new referral sources. Build relationships with local children’s hospitals and case‑management departments to become a referral partner.

Meet with potential clients to describe benefits and core values of Care Options for Kids. Ensure caregiver satisfaction through routine visits and matching caregivers to preferences. Participate in networking and community events to gain exposure.

Drive growth in client census, service hours, revenue, and territory. Develop and implement a recruiting plan for caregivers in collaboration with the assigned Recruiter. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing agencies and maintain authorizations for service.

Develop written objectives, standards, policies, procedures, and quality improvement activities for nursing and ancillary services. Assume responsibility for hiring, evaluating, and managing nursing employees. Collaborate with Executive Staff to ensure consistent standards of patient care and operations.

Provide emergency support as required and maintain confidentiality of all patients and company activities. Education and Experience Registered Nurse with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred. Minimum of 3 years as a RN with 1 year experience in home health care and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Must meet all federal, state, and local contract and program requirements. Experience in quality management and regulatory audits preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
