Complete Care at The Boulevard – Chicago, IL 156-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility Complete Care is seeking an experienced and driven Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at our 156-bed skilled nursing facility in Chicago. This is an opportunity for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building teams, improving outcomes, and driving clinical excellence. We are looking for a hands‑on leader who can elevate standards of care, support and develop nursing staff, and partner with administration to strengthen overall facility performance.
