Job Description
- Build and sustain strong working relationships with the CIO, CISO, CTO, business heads, SPE compliance teams and ETG leadership through a consistent governance cadence.
- Align stakeholder expectations, pre-empt escalations and ensure infrastructure delivery remains trusted, visible and business-focused.
- Drive structured IT communication across SPNI, including leadership updates, monthly newsletters and change communication for major technology rollouts.
- Drive SLA discipline, renewal value, commercial effectiveness and quarterly business reviews with key partners.
- Develop internal team capability through structured IDPs, certifications, coaching, recognition and focused retention of top talent.
