Director of Case Management

RN Director of Case Management South Lake County, Florida The Director of Case Management has full accountability and oversight for the overall operations of the Care Management department. The Director of Case Management oversees patient Care Coordination to ensure high-quality, cost-effective outcomes. This role requires strong leadership to manage Case Managers and Social Workers, collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and compliance with regulatory standards.

The Director of Case Management must have a strong background in acute care hospital Case Management, along with demonstrated expertise in performance improvement and healthcare operations.
