Clinical Director of Business Development – Clinical Staffing (Southern California) Location: Southern California (Territory-Based) Clinical Director of Business Development OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Director of Business Development to lead strategic growth initiatives within the clinical K-12 education sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of high performance, a deep understanding of the unique staffing and clinical service needs of schools, and the ability to build lasting relationships with key education decision-makers. Multi-state travel is required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our clinical services presence in K–12 schools. Build and maintain relationships with superintendents, special education directors, and school administrators. Leverage expertise in school systems, special education, and funding mechanisms to position our services as essential solutions.
Deliver persuasive, client-focused presentations that clearly articulate value and drive decision-making. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Represent the company at key education and healthcare conferences to promote services and expand networks.
Multi-state travel is required. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of revenue growth.
Experience in the K–12 charter school education sector, particularly in special education or clinical services. Strong understanding of charter school funding structures and budget cycles. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
