Direct Support Professional - ALL Shifts Available!

Lakes Region Community Services (LRCS) is accepting applications for both full time and part time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in both our Residential and Day Programs! We have openings in both Plymouth and Laconia areas! ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE!

Including 7am-3pm! Direct Support Professionals provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain disorders. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!

On the job training provided! Responsibilities of a DSP: • Provide support in the community • Create and/or adhere to schedules designed for individuals • Know and adhere to wheelchair and other medical equipment safety guidelines • Medical and personal care as needed • Meal prep (Residential) • Housekeeping (Residential) Skills Needed to be a Successful DSP: • Excellent Communication • Ability to think quickly • Commitment • Patience • Flexibility • Willingness to Learn New Skills • Honesty • Team Player • Work under minimal supervision Salary range is $17.50-$20.00 depending on education and experience Requirements Minimum of high school diploma/GED required. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Valid NH Drivers' license, reliable vehicle, and agency-determined minimal motor vehicle insurance coverage are required.
