Key Responsibilities In this role, you will create an environment where people can learn, grow, and discover. Core duties include: Goal Achievement: Support people in defining their own goals and provide the guidance necessary to reach milestones that improve their daily quality of life. Daily Living Support: Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.

Safety & Wellness: Monitor the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs of those you serve to ensure their well-being is being met. Candidate Profile We are looking for professionals who demonstrate the following traits: Value Reliability: You have excellent time management skills and take pride in being punctual and dependable. Effective Communication: You provide clear, timely updates and stay in close contact regarding people supported needs, confidently asking questions to ensure you are providing the best possible support.
