Oxley Kids is a Christian Early Childhood Centre, committed to excellence in education and care, through which children develop their abilities in a secure yet stimulating environment. Oxley Kids programs include Long Day Care for children from 18 weeks to 3 years, Long and Short Day 3 and 4 year old Kindergarten, Outside School Hours Care and Playgroup. We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dynamic Early Childhood Educator to join our team. Utilising your skills and experience in a supportive team, you will provide a stimulating, nurturing environment where children feel safe and secure to explore our beautiful environments.The successful applicant will have a sound understanding of early childhood development and experience in planning and delivering a high quality educational program. If you have a passion for Christian education and can wholeheartedly engage in the centre's expression of faith and its faith practices, you are encouraged to apply.Oxley Kids employs under the Children's Services Award but matches the wage rates of either the Worker Retention Grant or the VECTEA, whichever is higher.Oxley Kids is committed to providing a safe environment for all children.
