Manager, Digital Marketing (Content Operations & SEO) Hyderabad, India | Office-First Working Model A global leader within the life sciences and biotechnology sector is seeking an experienced Manager, Digital Marketing (Content Operations & SEO) to join its growing digital team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will combine strong technical SEO expertise with hands-on content management experience, helping to optimise website performance, search visibility and customer engagement across a complex eCommerce environment.

The Opportunity As Manager, Digital Marketing, you will take ownership of content operations, on-site search optimisation and SEO governance across a large-scale digital platform. Working closely with Digital, Marketing, Campaign and Technology teams, you will ensure content is published accurately, efficiently and in a way that maximises discoverability, conversion and user experience. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys analysing data, solving problems and driving measurable digital performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities Own and optimise on-site search performance using SAP Commerce (Solr), including search relevance, synonym management, boosting rules and zero-result analysis. Develop and maintain search optimisation processes through ongoing analysis of user behaviour, search trends and performance metrics. Monitor and report on search and website performance, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion and customer journeys.

Lead on-page SEO governance, including metadata, content structure, internal linking and SEO best practices. Collaborate with technology teams on technical SEO initiatives, site architecture and CMS enhancements. Partner with marketing teams to align SEO priorities with wider campaign and business objectives.

Manage day-to-day CMS operations, including content creation, editing, scheduling, publishing and quality assurance. Act as the final quality gate for website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with publishing standards. Maintain website content, landing pages, banners and evergreen assets.

Manage publishing schedules and coordinate content updates aligned to commercial priorities. Support wider digital operations including taxonomy, product content and digital asset management activities where required. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Strong experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).

Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce CMS / SmartEdit. Proven expertise in both technical and on-page SEO. Experience managing content publishing, governance and quality assurance processes.

Strong understanding of Solr search functionality and search optimisation techniques. Experience analysing website performance and translating insights into actionable improvements. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery. Desirable Experience Experience within life sciences, healthcare, biotechnology or scientific industries. Exposure to Product Information Management (PIM), taxonomy or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
