Internship Duration: 6 months min.

Hours: 40-42 hours/week

This is a paid internship with the possibility of working on-site or Hybrid at our Medellin Office.

Join our team at Power Digital, a leading full-service digital marketing agency in San Diego, CA. Power Digital Marketing is partnering with Colombian universities and organizations to recruit paid interns to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Work directly under digital marketing strategists to support client work and gain experience working with real Power Digital clients.
• Help facilitate the development and execution of marketing strategies for real clients.
• Navigate and work directly on the various ad platforms.
• Create campaigns.
• Pull and analyze data.
• Optimize ads.
• Launch new tests.
• Report and analyze results.
• Ensure data accuracy and completion.
• Analyze data and propose next steps.
• Contribute to new business initiatives.
• Conduct research.
• Produce reports.
• Provide recommendations.
• Manage organization or department resources and processes.
• Maintain Google Drive and Asana boards.
• Track deliverables and update sheets.
• Update decks and organizational documents.
• Work across all departments and collaborate with team members agency-wide.
• When your schedule allows, attend regular trainings and cross-channel learning opportunities.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented.
• Analytical.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
• Independent but not afraid to ask questions.
• Interested in learning more about digital marketing.
