This is an excellent opportunity to join a public sector body's Digital Marketing Team, supporting the management and optimisation of its website, digital campaigns and online presence. You'll use digital insight, analytics and creative thinking to improve engagement, user experience and overall performance, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and optimise website performance, content and updates.
  • \n
    \n
  • Support SEO and PPC activity to improve online visibility.
  • \n
    \n
  • Support content editors with publishing, troubleshooting and CMS training.
  • \n
    \n
  • Manage and coordinate digital and web projects from scoping through to delivery.
  • \n
    \n
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • \n
    \n
  • Monitor website performance using GA4 and provide actionable insights.
  • \n
    \n
  • Support campaign tracking, reporting and user experience improvements.
  • \n
    \n
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimisation of the organisation's digital presence.
  • \n
    \n
  • Degree (NFQ Level 8+) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Design/Development or a related discipline.
  • \n
    \n
  • 3+ years' relevant experience in a comparable digital/web role within a large organisation.
  • \n
    \n
  • Strong experience with CMS platforms, SEO, web analytics and GA4.
  • \n
    \n
  • Proven project management and reporting experience.
  • \n
    \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
    \n
  • Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • \n
    \n
  • Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • \n
    \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • \n
    \n
  • Experience with Drupal or a similar CMS.
  • \n
    \n
  • Previous public sector experience.
  • \n
    \n
  • Knowledge of customer experience principles.
  • \n
    \n
  • Irish language proficiency.
  • \n
    \n
