About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and clinically knowledgeable Dietitian to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong counselling skills, sound clinical nutrition knowledge, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients while supporting them throughout their health and wellness journey.
Specifically, this role will involve:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their health goals, dietary preferences, lifestyle, and medical conditions.
- Provide effective dietary counselling and regular follow-ups to ensure client adherence and progress.
- Create personalised and customised diet plans based on individual health requirements, goals, lifestyle, and clinical conditions.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary modifications to diet plans based on results and feedback.
- Handle client queries related to nutrition, diet, lifestyle, and health conditions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide continuous motivation and support.
- Focus on client retention, plan extension, and renewal by ensuring a positive client experience and delivering consistent value.
- Identify opportunities for extension and renewal of diet plans through effective counselling and progress tracking.
- Apply clinical nutrition knowledge while handling clients with conditions such as PCOS, thyroid disorders, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and other lifestyle-related conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of client consultations, progress, diet plans, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals whenever required.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in clinical nutrition, dietary practices, and wellness.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Strong clinical nutrition knowledge and understanding of disease-specific dietary management.
- Excellent counselling and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong follow-up and client-management skills.
- Good understanding of personalised diet planning.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Target-oriented approach towards retention, extension, and renewal.
- Empathy, patience, and a client-centric approach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics / Food & Nutrition.
- 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in clinical, therapeutic, wellness, or online diet counselling.
- Internship experience may be considered if the candidate demonstrates strong clinical knowledge and counselling skills.
