Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with haemodialysis expertise to join our supportive team on a permanent part‑time basis. Working alongside Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Educators, Clinical Nurse Consultants, and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, you will receive ongoing support, education, and opportunities to further develop your clinical skills and grow your career within a specialised haemodialysis environment.
Remuneration and Employment Details
Remuneration: $41.22 – $57.88 per hour + superannuation + salary packaging

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high‑quality, patient‑centred haemodialysis care.
- Work 8‑hour morning and afternoon shifts across a Monday to Saturday roster.
- Collaborate with a skilled multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, evidence‑based care.
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients through continuity of care.
- Contribute to a positive team culture that values safety, respect, quality improvement, and clinical excellence.
- Receive a comprehensive orientation to the unit, including training on dialysis equipment, systems, and clinical practices used within the service.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated haemodialysis nursing experience, with the ability to provide safe, evidence‑based care tailored to the individual needs of patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- A flexible and adaptable approach, with the confidence to respond to changing clinical needs and priorities.
- A positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to contributing to a supportive and respectful workplace culture.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to further build your specialist nephrology nursing skills.
