About this role As a Clinical Manager with Fresenius Medical Care, you will ensure quality patient care while maintaining clinical operations. You will be the facility leader, collaborating with a close‑knit team to deliver unique care plans and provide dialysis treatment to patients with end‑stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. Training and advancement You will enter our Clinical Leadership Program, which covers onboarding, essential functions, leading the business, and advanced leadership.

As a Clinical Manager you may advance to Area Team Lead or Director of Operations. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring cost‑effective operations in compliance with all legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements. Lead clinical and non‑clinical staff, providing coaching and development plans for all direct reports.

Collaborate with Human Resources, Quality, Education, Technical Services and the Home Therapies Program Manager to support staff and clinic operations. Maintain integrity of medical and operational records, ensuring compliance with data collection, ICD coding and reporting requirements. Oversee patient care from admission through discharge, coordinating treatment schedules, patient flow, and quality of care.

Support and develop relationships with physicians, manage physician privileges, and participate in governing bodies. Ensure the implementation of continuous quality improvement (CQI) and quality assurance processes, meeting regulatory requirements. Manage financial performance, including profit and loss, budgeting, payroll, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

Recruit, hire, orient, train, evaluate, schedule and compensate clinical staff. Provide training and guidance to staff for skill development and compliance with risk‑management initiatives. Coordinate billing, contracts, vendor services and ensure compliance with company policies.

Participate in internal and external surveys, audits and other quality metrics. Supervise the Charge RN and DPC staff. Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Qualifications Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN state licensure. Minimum 6 months of chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience. Experience in clinical nursing and demonstrated leadership competencies, including communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development and decision making.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with medical database software preferred. Experience in supervisory/management role in a medical facility preferred; ICU/CCU or med/surg experience preferred. Successfully passed the Ishihara Color Blind Test.
