DevSecOps Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather and understand the needs of end users, clients, and stakeholders.
• Identify functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, usability).
• Define the functional vision of a solution in collaboration with teams.
• Break down requirements into clear, manageable sub-problems.
• Identify relationships between technical components.
• Support development teams in designing optimal solutions.
• Integrate security into development practices from the early stages of the lifecycle.
• Implement and maintain automation, testing, security, and observability mechanisms.
• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of environments, tools, and pipelines.
• Ensure robustness, reliability, and performance of systems in production.
• Analyze, design, and participate in the development of features.
• Implement solutions to ensure stability and performance.
• Perform tests and trials.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Produce test documentation.
• Write well-commented code that complies with internal standards.

Requirements

• Knowledge of software development or DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to understand complex requirements and translate them into concrete solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple disciplines (development, infrastructure, security, product).
• Rigor, analytical skills, and attention to quality.
• French: Advanced
• English: Intermediate
• Please note that an intermediate level of English is required due to the nature of the tasks, including regular communication with employees and managers outside Quebec.
