Development Project Manager – Real Estate Developer
Join a busy developer and take the leading role on the development of a range of asset types.
This is the kind of role where you’ll be involved in the full development lifecycle, not just one piece of it.
You’ll work closely with leadership as well as external consultants, contractors, and city agencies to move the project from design and permitting through construction and close-out.
You’ll have been involved in at least two ground-up residential projects, and be comfortable coordinating architects and design teams, engineers, contractors, and internal teams through the different stages of development.
This is an opportunity to join a growing development firm with a strong pipeline through 2030. You’ll have real visibility across projects and the chance to play a meaningful role in delivering major developments across New York City.
About you:
- 7+ years industry experience
- Experience working with developer/ owner based in NYC
- Must have overseen the project lifecycle of at least two ground up residential projects in NYC, for a developer/ owner
- Affordable housing experience preferred
- Additional GC/CM experience preferred
- College degree in Engineering/ Construction/ Architecture preferred but not essential

- Base salary $180k-$225k
