We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CasualAdministration Officer to provide administrative support to ourHealth Services team. This role will primarily focus onproject-related administration, including document management, dataentry, record keeping, reporting support, and assisting with thedelivery of key business improvement initiatives. The position iswell suited to someone who is highly organised, enjoys workingbehind the scenes to support team outcomes, and can effectivelymanage competing priorities while maintaining a high level ofaccuracy and attention to detail.
Experience using IT systems,specifically Microsoft Office applications will be highlyregarded.
To be successful in this role, you willneed:
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in an administrationassistant position.
- Well-developed organisational skills and initiative toprioritise workload and deliver timely services.
- Highly developed writing skills and computer skills usingMicrosoft Office applications and web-based softwareapplications.
- Possess excellent data input skills, including speed andaccuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to ensure effectiveinteractions with colleagues and customers.
- Previous experience working in Local Government would be anadvantage.
- Certificate III in office administration or related fieldwould be highly regarded.
