Developer Trainee

We’re looking for a Dev Trainee to join our engineering team. This is a learning-first position where you’ll get hands‑on experience contributing to real features across our stack — from building UI components to writing backend endpoints. You’ll be mentored by experienced engineers and gradually take on more ownership as you grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building frontend features using React / React Native, with guidance from senior engineers.
• Contribute to backend APIs using Node.js (NestJS or ExpressJS), and get familiar with databases like PostgreSQL.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Test, debug, and document your code thoroughly.
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to understand user needs and turn them into features.

What We’re Looking For

• Some exposure to frontend frameworks like React or React Native.
• Eagerness to learn about backend technologies, APIs, and databases.
• Passion for coding, curiosity to explore, and openness to feedback.
• Strong communication and willingness to collaborate in a team environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with Git or GitHub workflows.
• Experience with personal or academic projects using web/mobile technologies.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs or SQL basics.
