We are looking for a Dot Net Developer to join our expanding development team. The team is working in an AGILE manner using Kanban methodology. Generate detailed customer focused initiatives, in line with the IT Department strategy and support with execution.
Listen to the customer and implement new ideas and ways of working which are designed to improve service considering both Online and Offline. Whilst ensuring the team prioritises actions which delight the customer/team member. Key Responsibilities: .
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. . Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. . Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software applications. .
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. . Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. .
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices. . Customer Focused: Be the voice of customers and orchestrate the organisation to live the brand purpose and inspire a customer-first culture to build customer love in every touchpoint of our O+O platform. . Tech & AI: Helping your team understand when to use AI, when to rely on human judgment, and how to combine both. .
