Overview Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ/New York, NY . The ideal candidates have hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), especially AEM as a Cloud Service, is a key qualification for this role, and lead content model and component governance while driving scalable content design standards across channels. Rate Range: $56/hour to $57/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer Job Responsibilities Include Act as the AEM domain expert, guiding content architecture, platform capabilities, and best‑practice implementation across teams. Lead AEM SaaS administration activities such as user access, permissions, workflows, environment management, and platform configurations. Define and govern content models, templates, components, metadata, taxonomy, and DAM standards aligned with business and UX requirements.

Drive scalable, reusable content design standards and ensure consistency across multiple digital channels and authoring teams. Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into AEM‑ready designs and structured content models. Provide oversight on AEM integrations, release readiness, and platform stability while identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field. 6–8+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager, including AEM as a Cloud Service. Proven hands‑on expertise in AEM content modeling, templates, components, metadata standards, taxonomy, and DAM governance. Strong experience leading AEM SaaS administration, workflows, permissions, and platform integrations with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other marketing/CMS systems.
