Design Manager

Our client is a highly respected property developer and construction business with a growing portfolio of heritage-led developments across Scotland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join a specialist division focused on the restoration, refurbishment and sensitive redevelopment of listed and historic buildings. Key Responsibilities Lead consultant teams including architects, engineers and specialist conservation advisors. Ensure compliance with listed building legislation, conservation requirements and planning conditions. Drive design coordination throughout pre-construction and delivery phases. Review technical information and manage design risk. About You Proven experience as a Design Manager within construction, development or consultancy. Strong background delivering listed building, conservation or heritage-led projects. Excellent understanding of planning, conservation and listed building consent processes.
