European company competing in a huge and dynamic international market, with +30 years of experience in the import and distribution of high quality and exclusive brands; leading the sports equipment market.

We sell our selective and exclusive products in the French, Italian, Spanish, Andorran, Portuguese markets, and Italian markets.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a sales and consumer-oriented person to promote the introduction of new product lines in the company's markets.

Reporting to the general manager, you will develop marketing plans and product strategy for the assigned lines.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Design, execute and monitor the marketing plan and strategy.
• Specialized channel planning & follow-up: identification of opportunities and market reports.
• Sales force support
• Must interact with the product and design departments of the parent company, reporting on the dynamics and evolution of the products in the market.
• Purchasing planning. Understand and manage the budgeting. Involvement and ability to improve the internal processes of the company. Knowledge and management of Internal Data Bases
• The position requires self-suggestion and teamwork skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College/University Degree in Business Administration, Management; or similar. At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English and French (spoken and written) are required. Italian is a plus.
• Role based in Barcelona; ability to work on-site or willingness to relocate is required.
• MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
• Willingness to travel for supplier meetings and presentations, attendance to trade fairs and special events.
• Sports lover: practice of winter sports and outdoors activities will be valued.

30.000€ - 40.000€ Gross/Year
