Deployment Engineer

We’re an early-stage AI startup building next-generation intelligent systems and looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to help bring our technology to life with new customers. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI software and real-world deployment—integrating systems into customer environments, troubleshooting in the field, and ensuring smooth, high-impact rollouts. Responsibilities Work directly with customers to implement and deploy AI-driven solutions on-site Integrate our technology with local networks, WiFi systems, and existing infrastructure Collaborate closely with sales, including C level Execs and product teams to tailor deployments for client needs Build, test, and debug software interfaces and hardware integrations in real time Provide technical support and gather feedback to drive continuous product improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Strong hands‑on experience with software engineering, networking, and system integration Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and rapidly adapt in dynamic customer environments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing directly with clients Willingness to travel for customer deployments in the US.
