Department Manager - Double Two

We are looking to recruit a Department Manager at Double Two who is committed, enthusiastic, enjoys a varied workload and who will take great pride in their work. This role is lone working and you will demonstrate your ability to work your own initiative effectively and as part of the wider team environment. We are looking for motivated individuals who will be dedicated to shaping the customer experience within our stores and you must be comfortable working on your own.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Helping to build the next-generation Boundary Outlet Experience!
• Deal with customers in a polite and professional manner
• Assisting customers to find the goods and products that they are looking for
• Replenishment and merchandising.
• Must be able to lift boxes and help out with deliveries.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards on the department
