Responsibilities: ● Meeting with potential patients at the ClearChoice Dental Implant Center to discuss our dental implant solution ● Assisting potential patients in the decision making process utilizing the ClearChoice consult process ● Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current ClearChoice patients, ensuring a smooth hand-off between consult and treatment ● Using Salesforce.com, maintain records of completed transactions and patients ● Manage follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed an interest in ClearChoice to help educate them on the process, identify where they are in their decision making process, and/or follow up on patients who may have delayed treatment ● Participate, as needed, in the local outbound marketing efforts for your Center to increase patient lead generation ● Manage the referral-based lead generation process, working with existing patients to identify potential referrals ● Other duties as assigned Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Skills and Experience: ● 5+ years of quota‐carrying consultative sales experience with direct revenue responsibility and documented performance metrics ● Proven success selling high‐ticket, elective services ($5,000+ ATR), including comfort with financing discussions and emotionally sensitive closes ● Strong one‐call/one‐consult close capability in short sales cycles ● Quantifiable sales performance (revenue generated, close rates, quota attainment) ● Expert consultative selling skills, including structured discovery and objection handling ● Financial acumen, with experience presenting third‐party financing and payment solutions ● High emotional intelligence and patient empathy, building trust quickly in high‐anxiety situations ● CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) with disciplined pipeline, follow‐up, and KPI tracking ● Resilient, self‐directed, and metrics‐driven mindset with ownership of personal performance ● Collaborative approach with clinical teams to support patient outcomes and treatment acceptance Benefits of joining our organization: ● Daily preset sales appointments ● Monday through Friday work (some centers operate a Monday through Thursday schedule).
