Delta is presently seeking a Banquet Bartender.

We are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of delicious classic cocktails, desire to craft signature drinks, decent wine knowledge and a flair for creating memorable guests’ experiences, bringing energy and personality to every interaction.

What you will be doing as a Banquet Bartender:

• Creating a positive guest experience through interaction and adherence to the steps of service;
• Providing guest with food & beverage suggestions, while taking in consideration preferences, allergies, and dietary restrictions;
• Promptly receive drink order chits and prepare beverages;
• Communicating beverage descriptions, special and information to guests and team members;
• Stocking and maintaining all bar products including mise en place;
• Checking and maintaining beer keg and liquor levels;
• Counting and taking inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist manager with inventory ordering;
• Such other similar or related duties as may be required from time to time.

Your experience and skills include:

• Must have a valid Serve Right Certificate (or willingness to obtain);
• Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, or hotel experience is considered an asset;
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail;
• Moderate wine, beer and classic cocktail knowledge;
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
