Overview of the role: The Delivery Manager (IT) position focuses on successfully managing one or more medium to large-scale technology projects through staff augmentation approaches, ensuring effective delivery of specific software products and organizational transformations via multidisciplinary, highly skilled technical teams. This role secures successful project outcomes while fostering team development and maintaining strong client partnerships. Key responsibilities: - Enhancing organizational effectiveness by implementing and executing strategic technology delivery plans. - Coordinating project planning and monitoring deliverable outcomes while providing coaching and mentorship to team members, ensuring alignment with company procedures and policies. - Establishing reliable communication channels and positive work environments, building strong team relationships, and identifying professional development opportunities to enhance staff retention. - Assessing and improving billable utilization rates, supporting capacity planning initiatives, and contributing to accurate project profitability forecasting. - Actively identifying opportunities within existing client relationships; consistently delivering measurable value to internal and external stakeholders. - Supporting information technology strategy development and procedure implementation by evaluating project outcomes, identifying potential issues, assessing industry trends, and understanding evolving requirements. - Contributing to financial objective achievement by supporting forecasting activities, managing project expenditures, reviewing budget variances, and implementing corrective measures. - Ensuring consistent service quality by implementing and maintaining established organizational standards. - Supporting overall team success by delivering exceptional results and meeting project commitments.

Requirements: - Management Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated experience in engineering management or comparable leadership roles. - Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and collaborative approach. - Professional Attitude: Positive professional attitude and team-oriented demeanor. - Client Focus: Client-focused mindset with relationship-building capabilities. - Financial Experience: Solid experience in financial management and budget oversight responsibilities. - Multitasking Ability: Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. - Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving approach and analytical thinking skills. - People Management: People management experience encompassing performance planning, team development, and employee relations. - Technical Expertise: Solid technical expertise complemented by IT industry background knowledge. - Agile Experience: Strong experience implementing and managing Agile methodologies. - Language Skills: Advanced level of English communication skills. Additional skills preferred: - Engineering Background: Previous experience working as a Software Engineer or in technical roles. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. - Industry Experience: Prior experience with direct industry competitors or similar technology organizations.
