The primary responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with dealers and distributors, managing sales channels, and achieving sales targets. The position entails promoting company products to potential clients, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires proactive communication, effective follow-ups, and a result-oriented approach to expand the company's dealer network.
Qualifications Sales and Negotiation: Adept at working with dealers, distributors, and clients to achieve targets, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present products, negotiate contracts, and provide clear updates to stakeholders. Market Analysis: Ability to understand market trends, identify business opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management: Skills in maintaining long-term professional relationships with dealers and customers while ensuring their satisfaction. Proficiency in local languages (such as Tamil) and fluency in English, along with a strong aptitude for working in on-site environments. Experience in sales or a related field is an advantage, especially in the office or residential solutions domain.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines and achieve sales objectives.
