Data Team Manager - OpenData Europe

Overview

In this role you will lead and grow a high-performing team of country data product managers for OpenData Europe, shaping the product roadmap and data quality across markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and impact, helping Veeva OpenData become the reference data leader in life sciences. You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that rewards performance and collaboration.

• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team of country data product managers
• Collaborate with product, data operations and analysts to improve data factory productivity and quality
• Partner with the European Director for Data to develop and refine the product roadmap for OpenData Europe
• Execute against the roadmap to deliver impactful data products across markets

• 5+ years of professional experience in data, technology, or technical services
• 3+ years of experience building and managing high-performing teams
• Analytical depth with data curation workflows and data quality metrics
• Ability to execute with speed while maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fast learner and exceptional work ethic
• Nice to have: Life Sciences data product experience; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, German, Polish, Arabic)
