About the Role

We are looking for aData Migration FactoryApplication Lead forD365 F&O data migration, utilizing Alteryx and Microsoft Fabric to develop and automate ETL processes for data migration, validation, and reconciliation. The candidate should have strongprocess andhands-on experiencein data migrations to D365 F&O usingAlteryx,SQL, Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines, PySpark notebooks, Lakehouse concepts and ETL/ELT processing.

The role involvesleading process and technicalelements of the Data Migration Factory application in ERP rollouts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manageData Migration Factory Applicationprocessesandcapabilities

  • Contribute togovernance along with the platform team

  • Develop, buildand optimize ETL workflows usingAlteryxfor data extraction, transformation, validation, and migration

  • Design, build, and maintainMicrosoft Fabric Data Pipelinesand data ingestion solutions

  • ExecuteD365 F&O data migrationactivities, including master and transactional data migration

  • Develop data transformation logic usingSQL, PySpark, Fabric Notebooks, and Dataflows Gen2

  • Build and supportLakehouseandMedallion Architecture(Bronze, Silver, Gold) implementations

  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks

  • Implement monitoring, logging, error handling, and performance optimization for data pipelines

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams on data mapping, business rules, and migration requirements

  • Support migration testing, cutover activities, post-load validation, and production deployment

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment runbooks

We are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience indata migrations using Alteryx, SQL, Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines, PySpark notebooks, Lakehouse and ETL/ELT processing

  • Strong hands-on experience withAlteryx Designerfor data preparation, transformation, and workflow automation.

  • Experience migrating or modernizingAlteryx workflowsusingMicrosoft FabricorAzure Data Factory.

  • Proficiency inSQLfor data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and performance optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines, Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, OneLake, and Delta Tables.

  • Working knowledge ofPySpark, Fabric Notebooks, and Spark-based data processing.

  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).

  • Experience in data quality, validation, reconciliation, monitoring, and error handling.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Power BI, semantic models or dashboard data preparation

  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps or any version control tool

  • Exposure to ERP data migration, master data migration or legacy system modernization projects

  • Understanding of API-based data integration and REST API ingestion patterns

  • Knowledge of performance tuning for SQL queries, PySpark jobs and data pipelines

  • Understanding of data governance, security, privacy and access control concepts
