Data Manager

We are seeking experienced professionals with 8 to 12 years of expertise in data management, cloud solutions, and leadership to join as AWS Data Manager . This role involves overseeing enterprise-scale data platforms on AWS, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring data governance and compliance across client engagements. Skill: AWS Data Manager Location: Bhubaneswar Only Total Experience: 8 to 12 years Key Responsibilities: Data Strategy & Architecture Define and implement enterprise data strategies leveraging AWS services.

Design scalable data architectures including data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines. Ensure alignment of data solutions with business objectives and PwC India’s digital transformation goals. Data Management & Operations Lead end-to-end data lifecycle management including ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization.

Oversee ETL/ELT processes and optimize data pipelines for performance and cost efficiency. Implement robust data governance, quality, and security frameworks. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Manage and mentor data engineering and analytics teams.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across PwC India’s service lines. Technology & Innovation Stay updated on emerging AWS technologies and industry trends.

Evaluate and integrate advanced analytics, AI/ML, and automation tools. Champion innovation and continuous improvement in data practices. Required Skills & Qualifications 8 to 12 years of experience in data management, cloud computing, and leadership roles.

Strong expertise in AWS services (Redshift, Glue, S3, EMR, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB). Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale data platforms. Solid understanding of data governance, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), and security best practices.

Hands-on experience with BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Certification in AWS Data Analytics Specialty, AWS Solutions Architect, or related fields.

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. Exposure to AI/ML integration within data platforms.
