Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead the Master Data Center of Excellence and the Data Migration team
- Partner with transformation programs, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders
- Drive enterprise initiatives across Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Governance
- Support enterprise transformation and ERP‑related programs with strong data management practices
- Establish and maintain governance standards, processes, and operational controls
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality monitoring and governance processes
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, BI, Architecture, and business teams
- Support implementation of scalable governance and operational frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Data Management, MDM, Governance, or related disciplines
- Prior leadership experience in Data Management or Governance functions
- Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance, Master Data, and Data Migration practices
- Experience supporting enterprise transformation or ERP programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and governance processes
- Experience with automation or AI‑enabled data management capabilities is an advantage
