Compensaciones / Beneficios • Design and develop scalable data solutions based on business requirements • Build robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Fabric, and related Azure tools • Create and optimize data models to support advanced analytics and BI • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in pipelines and databases • Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of data pipelines • Provide technical guidance to teammates on data solutions in Azure • Stay updated on data engineering trends and Azure ecosystem through training and certifications • Promote best practices in data management to support data-driven decision making

Responsabilidades • 2–4 years of Data Engineering experience • Strong background in Big Data and AI with ability to understand business needs • xqbhyrx Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and loading • Proven track record in designing scalable, high-performance data architectures • Programming skills in SQL, Python, PySpark • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, fast-paced environments • Fabric or Databricks certifications are a plus
