Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer / BI Developer who enjoys working with data end-to-end, from structuring raw data to building meaningful dashboards that drive decisions. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and business intelligence, requiring strong SQL skills, a solid understanding of data, and hands-on experience with Python and Power BI. What You’ll Do: · Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. · Translate business requirements into intuitive and scalable visualizations. · Optimize reports using DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning. · Implement row-level security (RLS) and standardize reporting frameworks. · Write advanced SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and anomaly detection. · Perform data reconciliation and ensure data accuracy across sources. · Build and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines, ensuring reliability and scalability. · Automate data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes. · Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights clearly. · Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. · Use Python for data transformation and automation. · Contribute to data architecture and system improvements. · Optimize database performance and query execution Skills We’re Looking For: · Strong expertise in Power BI, data modeling, and visualizations. · Advanced proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation. · Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation. · Familiarity with data warehouses and cloud-based data platforms. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. · Ability to identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy and integrity. · Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Education & Experience: · 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or a related role. · Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL is required. · Experience with CRM systems or operational data sources will be a plus. · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
