Data Analyst

Skill: Data Analyst Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Pune Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Camunda 8, Python, SQL, and Snowflake to support data-driven decision-making and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large datasets, business process automation, and modern data platforms, along with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large and complex datasets to derive actionable business insights.

Work with Camunda 8 to understand and optimize business workflows and process data. Develop and maintain SQL queries, dashboards, and reports using Snowflake and other data platforms. Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using Python .

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics needs. Conduct data validation, data quality checks, and ensure data accuracy.

Support Proof of Concepts (POCs) and exploratory data analysis initiatives. Work closely with engineering teams to improve data pipelines and workflows. Document data processes, definitions, and analytical methodologies.

Required Skills: Strong experience in SQL (complex queries, joins, optimization). Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, etc.). Working experience with Snowflake (data warehousing, query performance tuning).

Exposure to Camunda 8 (workflow/process orchestration understanding). Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Secondary / Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of JavaScript . Exposure to Agentic AI / AI-driven automation concepts . Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.

Understanding of APIs and data integrations.
