Yum D&T (Digital & Technology) India, is looking for a seasoned Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) Architect. This position involves architecting and implementing MDM data solutions using Informatica MDM while collaborating with IT teams and business stakeholders. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data migration that meets the evolving needs of our data teams and system needs and supports current existing production processes.

Individual will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of Informatica MDM suite, including configuring and maintaining the system, and owning the administrative function. In addition to MDM functions, individuals will provide oversight to Data Governance and Data Quality. If you're passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and thrive on complex challenges, we'd like to hear fr om you.Qualifications R equiredBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent exp erience7+ years of full-time experience with ETL / MDM tools and pr ocesses7+ years of experience in Informatica MDM 10.x versions with development skills in ETL with I ICS/IDQ3+ years of experience in multiple areas of MDM implementations including Data Profiling, metadata acquisition, data migration, validation, reject processing and pre-landing pro cessing3+ years of Informatica MDM (Hub and IDD/Enti ty 330)3+ years of expertise in Informatica MDM Hub Match and Merge rules, batch jobs and batch groups.3+ years of experience in configuring Entity base objects, Entity Types, Relationship base objects, Relationship Types and Profiles using Hierarc hy toolExperience in building solution architecture, data pipelines and technical wor kflows.Must have hands-on experience across the various phases of a typical MDM solution - data profiling, data integration, validation, cleansing, standardization, matching, consolidati on etc.Proven experience in working with various MSM components and configuring MDM sol utions.Strong understanding of Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture and Master Data Management, Project Life Cycle phases, best practices, and pr ocessesGood analyzing & troubleshooting skills and make recommendations for business needs and conflict reme diationGood communication skills and networking skills to interface and coordinate with technical and non-technical teams both internal/e xternal Roles & Responsib ilities:Clean and scrub data from various sources to implement MDM information into IDQ, and integrate golden records into EDW, Dimension, and FACT tables.Designing & implementing MDM strategies, policies, and pr oceduresManaging and governing master data across the organization to ensure accuracy, consistency, and in tegrity.Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to establish data standards and ensure adherence to data policies.

Understanding of strategic data and IT s olutionsUtilize your expertise in Informatica MDM (Profiling and Mastering) and MDM Hub Configuration to configure and customize the MDM s olution.Doing independent research, analyzing, and present capabilities and alignment with current s olution. Minimum Quali fications5+ years of experience in Informatica suite of productsStrong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehousing, Data Governance, and Data Quality pr inciples.Experience working with Informatica MDM and Governance tools in an enterprise env ironment.Hands-on experience collaborating with data engineering teams to manage large-scale data projects.Proficient and experience to work in Agile methodologies (Scrum , Kanban)Strong ability to translate complex data requirements into clear business cases and product features.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and technic al teams.
