Job Description

Seeking a Data Analyst / Data Scientist who can take full ownership of analytics across the business—creating a single source of truth, enabling smarter decision-making, and helping teams move faster with confidence.


In this role, you’ll work closely with the founder, leadership, product, and marketing teams to ensure everyone has a clear, trusted view of how the business is performing across acquisition, product usage, retention, and revenue.


This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building analytics foundations in a fast-moving startup environment and turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.


Responsibilities

  • Own all business analytics, making sure metrics are well-defined and data is consistent.
  • Design and manage dashboards that show key business, product, and growth results using BI tools.
  • Set up and manage analytics tools to accurately track website and product usage.
  • Study how users interact with the platform to identify growth opportunities and spot potential risks.
  • Support A/B tests and experiments, analyzing how new features and campaigns perform.
  • Ensure all business reporting is reliable and accurate.
  • Continuously improve analytics processes as the business grows.
  • Clearly communicate insights from data to all teams.


Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills (complex joins, window functions, etc.).
  • Experience working with GA4, BigQuery, and Stripe schema.
  • Experience with Mixpanel, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience with SaaS metrics and revenue analysis.
  • Skilled at analyzing datasets and presenting findings to non-technical teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Python for data cleaning and analysis.
  • Experience with SaaS metrics and revenue analysis.
  • Interest in health, fitness or consumer technology.


Qualificati​ons

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with analytics tools.
