Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Map current-state and future-state QC/laboratory processes.
• Facilitate workshops with QC, business, laboratory, and technology stakeholders.
• Define and support requirements for laboratory systems and integrations.
• Track requirements, dependencies, actions, and key decisions.
