We're a software company that builds technology solutions for the inspection and infrastructure management industry, used by municipalities, engineering firms, and contractors across the United States and Canada.

We're looking for someone to join our implementation team to take each new client's historical data and migrate it into our platform: clean, accurate, and ready to use from day one.

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Build and maintain data migration and transformation workflows using SQL and Python
• Spot and fix data quality issues (duplicates, inconsistent IDs, formatting errors)
• Validate that everything migrated correctly — you're your own QA

What are we looking for?

• Degree completed, with internship or 1-2 years of hands-on experience working with data
• Real working knowledge of SQL and Python
• Prior experience, even partial, migrating or converting data between systems
• Fluent English: you'll be joining conversations with clients in the U.S.

We're looking for someone with a practical foundation from having already worked with real, messy data.
