Job Description
Job Title: Data Analyst Spread Home Products Private Limited Role Overview The Data Analyst will be responsible for managing and extracting value from SpreadHome's business data across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP), Power BI, and GitHub. This role owns the creation and maintenance of live, accessible dashboards hosted on Oracle or AWS, and works closely with sales and other departments to keep the business running on accurate, timely data. The ideal candidate is sharp, detail-oriented, and able to think critically about what the data is actually showing — not just report numbers, but interpret them.
Key Responsibilities ERP & Data Management Work within Business Central ERP to extract, organise, and maintain accurate business data. Ensure data integrity across systems and flag inconsistencies or gaps proactively. Dashboard Development Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering sales, inventory, and operational metrics.
Build and maintain GitHub-based dashboards/repositories as required. Deploy and host dashboards live on Oracle or AWS, ensuring they remain active, accessible, and up to date. Reporting & Cross-Team Coordination Prepare and circulate weekly reports to keep business operations streamlined and stakeholders informed.
Work closely with sales and other relevant departments to understand data needs and ensure reports are relevant and actionable. Translate raw data into clear, readable formats for non-technical stakeholders. Data Agility & Analysis Maintain the ability to quickly download, extract, and present data on demand, in formats suited to the audience (raw data, summary views, visual dashboards).
Apply critical thinking to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the data rather than simply reporting figures. Recommend process or reporting improvements based on data patterns observed over time. Ideal Candidate Profile Hands-on experience with Business Central ERP or similar ERP systems.
Strong working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualisation. Familiarity with GitHub for dashboard/version management. Experience deploying and hosting dashboards on Oracle or AWS.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — able to interpret data, not just present it. Clear communicator, comfortable presenting data to both technical and non-technical teams. Highly organised, with the ability to manage recurring reporting cycles independently.
