Job Title: Data Analyst Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days per week in office) Industry: Marketing Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE The Opportunity I’m currently working with a fast-growing, data-driven marketing organisation based in London that is looking to add a Data Analyst to their expanding analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about using data to shape marketing strategy and campaign performance. You’ll play a key role in driving insights across digital channels, helping optimise customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
You’ll work closely with teams across performance marketing, CRM, content and commercial functions to turn complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence business growth. Key Responsibilities Analyse and interpret marketing data across multiple channels (paid media, CRM, web and social) to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, customer behaviour and ROI.
Partner with marketing and commercial stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Support the integration and management of marketing data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
Contribute to the development of analytics frameworks, attribution models and reporting best practices. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, ideally within a marketing, digital, or e-commerce environment. Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating large datasets.
Experience using Looker or other BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau to build dashboards and visualisations. Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis. Experience working with marketing data sources (e.g.
Google Analytics, ad platforms, CRM systems). Desirable Skills Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPA, ROAS, LTV and conversion funnels. Experience with attribution modelling and campaign performance analysis.
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
