Data Analyst

• Be responsible for transforming data into strategic information to support decision-making across business areas, focusing on commercial performance, inventory, sales and profitability.
• Collect, organize and analyze data from different company systems and databases.
• Develop studies on sales performance, consumer behavior, seasonality and market trends.
• Support the Commercial team in identifying opportunities, risks and data-driven action plans.
• Prepare analyses by category, channel, region, store and product, generating actionable insights for the business.
• Create and maintain dashboards and management reports in BI tools.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring the quality and reliability of information.
• Automate report generation processes and results tracking.
• Ensure the updating and integrity of the databases used by the teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems or related fields.
• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of data modeling and data cleansing/treatment.
• Experience building dashboards and management KPIs.
• Analytical, organized and solution-oriented profile.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with the Commercial team and other business areas.
• Knowledge of VBA.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of Python or other data analysis languages.
• Experience with ERP and commercial management systems.
