About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage, clean, and analyze datasets to drive operational efficiency across business functions. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into structured reports, maintaining key performance dashboards, and applying Generative AI techniques to optimize daily data workflows and reporting pipelines.

This role requires strong numerical fluency, rigorous data hygiene, and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to streamline everyday data management tasks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Data Extraction & Analysis: Collect, clean, transform, and analyze datasets from multiple business systems to identify trends, anomaly patterns, and operational performance insights.
• Dashboard & Report Maintenance: Design, update, and manage core data trackers, automated reporting files, and operational dashboards to ensure high accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Data Hygiene & Accuracy: Perform regular audits on data pipelines and reports to identify errors, missing values, or structural inconsistencies, ensuring stakeholder reliance on precise metrics.
• Gen AI Workflow Integration: Actively leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) for code generation, spreadsheet formula crafting, query troubleshooting, rapid data summary, and everyday operational tasks.
• Documentation & Data Standards: Maintain clear, structured documentation for data definitions, process workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reporting logic.
• Stakeholder Reporting & Communication: Translate quantitative findings into clear written and spoken English summaries, providing internal teams with exact operational metrics.
• Company Representation: Utilize your personal LinkedIn profile to support organization branding and represent the company's analytics voice.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of dedicated experience in a Data Analyst role.
• English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English skills with the ability to summarize technical data findings clearly and concisely.
• Generative AI Skills: Demonstrated hands-on knowledge of using Gen AI tools to speed up daily analytics tasks, write advanced formulas/scripts, format raw data, and draft technical documentation.
• Data Tools & Spreadsheets: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (nested functions, index/match, pivot tables, lookup methods, conditional formatting, basic scripting/macros).
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving aptitude with a strict eye for detail, statistical consistency, and data validation.
• Adaptability & Ownership: Ability to handle multiple reporting deliverables independently, adapt to changing data priorities, and maintain tight deadlines.
