The Role The Data Intelligence team is chartered with advancing data‑driven decision making across Acrisure.

As a member of the Data Intelligence Team, you will lead the requirements gathering, design, implementation, and delivery of reporting and analytics capabilities for Finance and Accounting business functions. You will work with senior executive leadership, analysts, program management, and technical team members. Responsibilities Drive the development of efficient and reliable reporting and analytics capabilities with a customer‑first mindset.

Advance the transition of users from legacy means of accessing information to future‑state data enablement and self‑service strategies. Create data visualizations and presentations that turn raw data into actionable insights and recommendations. Identify, adopt, and evangelize best practices for data analysis and technical standards.

Advocate for and identify creative implementations to optimize business impact. Empower others to grow their understanding of data complexity by scaling knowledge sharing and application. Help identify better practices, tools, and trends to improve data quality across the business.

Comfortably collaborate across a wide variety of stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Professional serving finance and accounting business functions. A passion for building remarkable things with data.

Strong data storytelling skills; deep experience building data visualizations and reports using Tableau and PowerBI. Strong understanding of data models, structures, theories, principles, and practices. Proficiency working with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand processes, and translate them into data and KPIs.

Experience with SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, dbt, BigQuery, Git, Palantir, and data modeling. Experience with agile project execution and business tools such as Jira and ServiceNow. Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to unpack complex problems to find solutions.

Ability to understand the business purpose or problem behind a request. Positive and creative problem‑solving in the face of data challenges. Flexibility to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude.

Strong teamwork, solution‑centric, and customer‑service‑oriented attitude. Empathy, kindness, self‑awareness, and a positive attitude. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Candidates must be comfortable with an on‑site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross‑functional partnership.
